During this complimentary 20-30 minute conversation, we'll explore the possibility of working together. It’s an opportunity for us to talk about the kind of support you're seeking and any questions you have.

Individual Coaching

I offer single 30- or 60-minute coaching sessions to work through a specific challenge or a series of regularly-scheduled coaching sessions to prompt a deeper shift in your life. Let’s explore where you want to go in a way that leaves you feeling seen, supported, and celebrated. Book a discovery call with me to begin the process!

Meditation and Mindfulness Instruction

I offer private and group instruction (3 or more people) using the S.E.E.D. Meditation method. Instruction is offered in person or online. My 3-hour introductory meditation class includes:

  • An Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness

  • The Benefits of Meditation

  • The Basic Principles of Meditation

  • The Five Essentials of Meditation

  • Daily Practices for Meditation and Mindfulness

  • A Guided Breath and Body Awareness Meditation

Additional classes build upon the information provided in the introductory class and incorporate more types of meditation and mindfulness.
